TWO COUNTIES LAKES
Brief description of fishery:
Two Counties Lakes consists of two fresh water lakes situated on the outskirts of Mere, on the Mere to. Shaftesbury road.
There is ample hard surface parking with disabled access
Two Counties Lakes hold a mix of species including Carp from 2 to 8 pounds with some double figure fish, Crucian Carp, Roach, Rude, Tench,Bream and Perch.
Designated disabled access pegs are numbers 1, 3, 25 and 26. All these pegs are located at the car park entrance end Of Two Countries lakes.
Parking is on the hard standing ONLY – do NOT drive around the lake
Two Counties lakes are only fishable from dawn to dusk
Fishing from designated pegs only
Members are required to show their membership of Gillingham & District Angling Association to the Bailiffs (s). If membership cannot be shown you will be asked to vacate the water or pay a £10 day ticket charge (machine available for cash payments on site)
ZERO tolerance will be given towards foul and abusive language/behavior towards the owners, staff or bailiff (s).
Two Counties lakes has a policy of NO KEEPNETS on either lake

Parking & Access
Follow signs for fishing down a hardcore track to the parking area. Please be careful when driving on the track and be respectful that there are residential mobile homes and caravans as you drive down to the lakes
