This section runs from the road bridge (Riverside Garage) at West Stour (A30) to Stour Provost. This is the start of the clubs main match fishing waters.

The pegs on this section hold a good head/variety of fish all through the season. They can produce good bas of Chub, Bream, Roach, Perch and Dace. Various approaches work on this section, depending on time of year and river conditions. Float fished maggot tends to work best. But don’t ignore a groundbait approach as this can also work well at times.
